Drop"Suckerpunch" Chicago based Drop , give you an all out, guitar driven, hard rockin' release titled, 'Suckerpunch'. This is their third release. And being the first to be distributed nationally, I wouldn't be surprised if you're not hearing them plastered all over the radio real soon. This is a very well produced, honest sounding recording. Each song is very catchy, with lots of hard driving grooves and melodies. Drop reminds me of many bands all together, yet having their own sound, with none in particular. There already is an extensive U.S. tour planned for this summer. Check out some of the dates on their website. This release will appeal to fans of, C.O.C, Soil, Godsmack, etc. I look for Drop to go a long ways. Highly recommended for all rockers and headbangers alike. |
